The Marimekko Kevätkiuru bathrobe is adorned with a blue-toned floral motif designed by Antti Kekki. The kimono-style dressing gown is made of cotton and linen, and it has a sewn-on belt which can be pulled through the slit in the side seam.
Antti Kekki’s Kevätkiuru print is inspired by seasonal changes and especially the signs of spring. The abstract pattern is reminiscent of flowers about to bloom or perhaps a flock of migratory birds flying across the sky – either way, there is certainly a sense of optimism, courage and promise in the air. What do you think it represents?
