Marimekko’s cotton fabric is adorned with the joyous Auringonkukka print, Finnish for “sunflower”. Designed by Maija Isola in the 1950s, the print is one of Isola’s numerous plant-themed patterns, embodying her deep and unwavering love for nature.
Printed in Helsinki, Finland, the fabric is made of cotton, 50% of which is recycled. Finished with cheerful hues of yellow and orange, the Auringonkukka cotton fabric is perfect for creating a custom tablecloth or a pair of curtains.
